Concerns grow for missing couple

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - There's growing concern about a missing eastern Kentucky couple.

Larry and Sandra Blanton haven't been seen for nearly two weeks.

The Johnson County Sheriff says their car, checks, and cell phones are still at their home on Pigeon Creek Road in Oil Springs.

The Blanton's son, who was the last person to see them alive, says he's concerned.

"It's not like them to leave. Anybody that knows my dad, he's not going to leave his farm and his animals for more than two or three days at a time," said William Blanton.

The Blanton's son tells us they were supposed to be heading to Florida when they disappeared.
