Condition of pedestrian hit by trooper downgraded

27 NEWSFIRST has new information about the condition of a pedestrian that was hit by a state police trooper Friday night.

State police say Trooper Michael Luttrell crashed into 20-year-old Charles Walden as he walked along Barnes Mill Road on Friday night.

UK Hospital tells us he's been downgraded from serious to critical condition.
