Congress to vote on Sandy aid

WASHINGTON (AP) - More help may be on the way for people who've filed flooding insurance claims following Superstorm Sandy.

The House is expected today to approve a bill to inject $9.7 billion into the National Flood Insurance Program. The Senate is then expected to follow suit.
