Diana Dawes
New developments tonight in the case of a couple accused of killing their baby.
The Richmond Register reports William and Diana Dawes both plead guilty today in Madison County.
Police say last year the couple's seven-month-old daughter, Serenity, suffered a fractured skull and other injuries, and later died.
Prosecutors recommended William Dawes serve a 35-year sentence for murder and criminal abuse, and Diana Dawes serve a 25-year sentence for manslaughter and criminal abuse.
