A critical audit of the Cumberland Valley District Health Department has been made public.

Among the findings, a Director of Nursing was paid for the time she was actually teaching classes at Berea College.

The report from Auditor Adam Edelen says the former Public Health Director was uncooperatoive and unprofessional toward his staff.
