Danville police arrest man wanted after violent robbery

Danville, Ky. (WKYT) - Danville Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a violent robbery.

Danville Police say Adrian Bates and Marcus Beasley put Joshua Willoughby in a chokehold, took his wallet, and then left the scene.

Police later arrested Bates during a traffict stop, but Beasley had been on the run

On Saturday a tip lead Danville police to Henson Avenue where they located Beasley who was in hiding.

Beasley was taken into custody without incident and is facing several charges including attempted murder, burglary, and assault.

He is currently being lodged at the Boyle County Detention Center.
