LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - We've learned a Lexington daycare has closed its doors, after the state decided not to renew its license.
The Cabinet for Health and Family Services tells WKYT in the spring, inspectors went into "Tiny Town Educare" on West Main Street, and found the daycare was not in compliance with some health and safety requirements.
The cabinet says the daycare didn't fix the problems by a may deadline, and the license expired last month.
We're told the daycare plans to appeal the decision not to renew its license.
