LEXINGTON, Ky. A central Kentucky park will be turned into a command center on Wednesday, as emergency crews run a drill to make sure they're prepared for the worst.
Police, firefighters, health officials, and emergency management officials will take part in a drill Wednesday morning at Jacobson Park in Lexington.
Their scenario is a disaster involving chemical weapons at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Madison County.
The drill is designed to help crews determine the best ways to keep people safe should a disaster strike.
