A dog that was shot in the head earlier this month is on the road to recovery. Lincoln was found wandering a long a rural road in Rockcastle County. The group, Kentucky Save, say Lincoln is getting better everyday and is now wearing a cone. He is expected to be put in a foster home here in Lexington on Monday.
