WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) - Saturday is the first official day of fall, and some health leaders say it's already time to get yourself protected from the flu.
That's why a local health department is offering an easy way to get the vaccine.
Friday only, you can participate in the Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic in Clark County.
Rain or shine, leaders say you can get yourself protected without even getting out of the car.
Friday's event runs from 8:30am to 1pm in the parking lot of the Clark County Health Department on Professional Avenue.
A regular shot will cost $30, or you can opt for a high dose for $50.
Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance plans are accepted.
