LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man is facing charges after crashing his truck near a busy shopping center.
Lexington Police say two men in a pickup were traveling in the outer loop of Man o'War around two Friday morning. According to police, the driver hit a tree at the top the embankment that leads to the Tates Creek Centre. The truck rolled down the hill and landed on its side, near the McDonald's.
The driver was arrested for driving under the influence. The passenger was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
