Shannon Gearheart
One driver is in jail, another in the hospital, after a violent crash.
It happened early Thursday morning at Richmond Road and Man O'War.
Lexington Police say Shannon Gearheart, 23, crashed into an SUV, seriously damaging both vehicles.
The driver of the SUV had to be cut from his vehicle. Firefighters say that driver was rushed to UK Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Gearheart is charged with driving under the influence.
