Driver killed in violent crash

A Kentucky man is dead following a violent crash late Tuesday.

Kentucky State Police say 41-year-old Phillip Hilterbrand of Wallingford ran off Kentucky 1013 near Plummers Landing in Fleming County and overturned.

He died.

A passenger in the car, Dustin Hilterbrand, 21, went to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police are still investigating.
