Police seize $45,000, drugs, and televisions in Laurel County raid

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Police say they seized money, drugs and even televisions during a raid at a southern Kentucky home Wednesday night.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office arrested Milford Allen, Junior, 48 at his home on Dean Hundley Road in East Bernstadt.

Deputies say they showed up at Allen's home as part of an investigation into illegal drug trafficking.

At they home, they say they seized $45,000 in cash, large amounts of illegal drugs, 30 firearms and 17 flat screen televisions.

They also say three children were at the home. Social services were called to investigate.

Police say while they were there, several people showed up at the home, presumably to buy drugs.
