RICHMOND, Ky. (AP) - Eastern Kentucky University has again been ranked the top school for military veterans by Military Times EDGE magazine.
It's the second No. 1 ranking by the magazine for EKU in two years. Last year the school was No. 2.
The magazine considers institutions' programs, services and staff support for veterans as well as accreditation and graduation rates.
The University of Kentucky is No. 12, while Western Kentucky University is 35th on the list of four-year schools.
Eastern says it has more than 1,200 veterans and dependents at the school.
