LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Fire officials say they dispatched over ten units to a blaze that engulfed multiple acres of a vineyard Sunday.
It happened just before 1:00 p.m. at the Talon winery on Tate's Creek road.
Officials say the fire was started by a hay baler that caught fire and ignited multiple acres of the winery.
Firefighters did not say there were any injuries, but crews were putting out the fires for multiple hours.
They say the fires spread quickly because of dry ground conditions.
