FORT KNOX, Ky. (AP) - A fire truck damaged in the Sept. 11 attack on the Pentagon will be part of a new exhibit at Fort Knox's Patton Museum.

The truck known as Foam 161 will be unveiled on the anniversary of the attacks during a ceremony at the museum. It will be displayed in its damaged condition and will be one of two 9/11 fire trucks on display at a museum.

Fort Knox says the wreckage of the truck served as a flagpole for the first flag flown at the Pentagon after the attack. Three firefighters who served on the truck will attend the ceremony.

On Sept. 10, the truck will be loaded onto a flatbed trailer and driven on U.S. 31W from Fort Knox to Elizabethtown and back to Fort Knox.
