WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WKYT) - It's the beginning of a brand new school year for some of those who were most affected by the March tornado outbreak.
Students in Morgan County will return to class Thursday.
West Liberty Elementary will be operating out of a converted warehouse after that school was destroyed in the March 2 tornado.
