LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - The Army's 24th Infantry Division is putting on a display of military vehicles in Louisville during its annual reunion.
The reunion group says the vehicle display will feature more than 20 vehicles, from jeeps to tanks, and will be open to the public Monday and Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Hurstbourne.
The group says the division is known as the "first to fight division," being the first to engage with the Japanese at Pearl Harbor and with North Korea at Osan, South Korea, in 1950.
The group has met annually since 1946 and expects veterans from World War II, Korea and Vietnam to attend the reunion.
