Five arrested in Richmond on drug charges

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) -- Five people are arrested after police find drug activity in a central Kentucky hotel room with a child inside.

Jessica Bowling, Christina Lowery, Victoria Burdiss, Nathaniel Cawthon and Sandra Kaylor were all arrested at the La Quinta inn in Richmond.

Police say drug paraphernalia and items to manufacture meth were found at the hotel, as well as a child.

They were all taken to the Madison County Detention Center.

The child was taken by Madison County Social Services.
