FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The trial for a Franklin county man charged with murder has been rescheduled.
The State-Journal reports James Simons will return to court March 17th. Simons allegedly beat and killed Charles Monroe, 30, along with two other men.
Monroe's body was dumped on the side of Interstate 64 in May of 2012. Police believe the crime was a drug deal that went bad.
