Franklin County temporary courthouse evacuated after bomb threat

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police were forced to search the temporary county courthouse Monday morning after someone spray-painted the words "Bomb in Build" on the outside.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office tells us that right around 8:00, when people began arriving for work, employees called in with reports of the threat spray-painted on the wall outside the judges' entrance.

Police arrived, and within an hour, the building has been cleared, and people have now been allowed back inside.
