27 Newsfirst obtained a copy of the 911 call made after a southern Kentucky father discovered he had left his toddler in a hot car.

Caller: I need an ambulance at Patton-Chestnut and Binder asap. A child was left in the car.

Dispatcher: Is the child breathing?

Caller: I don't know. Is he breathing?!

A frantic co-worker called 911 after police say 31-year-old Kenneth "Scott" Robinson discovered he'd left his two-and-a-half year-old son in his black Pontiac Sedan for up to two hours. According to the report filed by London Police, it was 85 degrees outside and temperatures inside the car topped 100 degrees.

Robinson was supposed to take the little boy to day care mid-morning, but got distracted and went straight back to work. The child was still strapped in his car-seat when Robinson went back inside Patton-Chestnut and Binder Insurance, where he's an agent.

Dispatcher: I've got an ambulance on the way. But I need to see what you can find out for me. Is the child breathing?

Caller: Is he breathing?! Is he Breathing?! (yes) Yes, he's breathing.

Dispatcher: Ok, they're on the way.

Caller: Alright

Police say the two-year-old was responsive when he was taken to the hospital. His father was charged with wanton endangerment. Police do believe this was an accident, and that Robinson simply got out of his routine. He bonded out of jail Monday evening.

Robinson will be arraigned in court Wednesday morning at nine.
