Funeral arrangements set for Lane Goodwin

MCLEAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Funeral arrangements have been set for an inspirational Kentucky boy who lost his fight with cancer this week.

13-year-old Lane Goodwin, of McLean County, died Wednesday night after a three year battle.

Lane's story touched people across the world. Millions, including celebrities, took pictures giving a thumbs up in honor of him and a Facebook page set up for him has more than 300,000 fans.

According to the "Prayers for Lane Goodwin" page, his visitation will be held Sunday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 2 p.m.

Visitation will continue on Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by the funeral.

All services will be held at Calhoun Baptist Church.
