Gambling machines, cash seized in Middlesboro

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky State Police have seized a number of video gambling machines and some cash at a market in Middlesboro.

Trooper Shane Jacobs said the raid was in response to several citizen complaints about illegal gambling at the Cumberland Market. KSP Detective Tyson Lawson and several troopers confiscated the machines on Monday.

No arrests were made, but evidence will be presented to a Bell County grand jury.
