Authorities tell WKYT that someone smashed out the glass door at the Speedway on Tates Creek and Mount Tabor Road.
Cigarettes appear to be the only items stolen, which was the case after the burglary two weeks ago.
Police suspect the burglar left in a car that was parked behind the store.
