Georgia father told police he researched child deaths inside vehicles

New developments in the case of a Georgia father charged with murder after leaving his toddler in a hot car.

Cooper, 22 month old, died in a hot car. His father, Justin Ross Harris, said he forgot his child was in the car.

GEORGIA (AP) - New developments in the case of a Georgia father charged with murder after leaving his toddler in a hot car.

A search warrant reveals Justin Harris told police he used the internet to research child deaths inside vehicles.

He says he did so because he was "fearful that this could happen".

Meanwhile, family and friends gather today in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to bid farewell to the toddler.
