A statement from the school says the speech is part of a lecture series on leadership. Giuliani has received much praise for his stewardship of New York City after the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks.
The visit is made possible through an endowment from the Forcht Group of Kentucky Center for Excellence in Leadership, which was founded in 2006.
