Golden Alert cancelled for Leslie County man

LESLIE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Leslie County officials have cancelled a Golden Alert, issued Friday evening for 80-year-old Vernon Hoskins. They say Hoskins has been found.

No other information on his condition is available at this time.

A Golden Alert has been issued for 80-year-old Vernon Hoskins of Leslie County.

Officials say Hoskins was last seen Friday in a white 1997 Ford Ranger with a white hard cover. He was last seen wearing a blue button up shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Officials say Hoskins lives in the Stinnett Community of Leslie County, is 5' 10" and approximately 180 lbs.

Family says Hoskins is in the early stages of Dementia with a heart condition and on blood pressure medication.
