Grand jury indicts Lexington man after woman's death at gentlemen's club

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - We're learning more about the case of a man accused of sexually abusing an unconscious co-worker.

A grand jury has indicted Clyde Sexton on sexual abuse and evidence tampering charges.

Police say he took advantage of Melissa Kline-Smiley after she passed out at Fillies Gentleman's Club in July, instead of calling 911.

Kline-Smiley died days later at a hospital.

Sexton is not charged for Kline-Smiley's death.
