Guard chases after teens at scene of Lexington fire

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A townhouse, under construction, caught fire Monday night and investigators say it was no accident.

The fire broke out just before eleven off Hayes Boulevard in Lexington.

Lexington fire officials tell WKYT the fire started inside a garage. Firefighters were able to keep it from spreading.

Police say a security guard saw two teenagers near the scene moments before the fire started. Officers brought a K-9 unit to search for those teens, but the search did not lead to any arrests.
