Norman Waters
New details of a shooting lead State Police to arrest the gunshot victim.
State Police say Norman Waters, 71, was shot on Friday after he forced his way into a McCreary County home.
Investigators later determined after assaulting several people inside the home, he returned with a gun before being shot by the homeowner.
Waters was airlifted to UK Hospital. He's charged with wanton endangerment, burglary and three counts of assault.
