Hamburg Pavilion sold for $185.7 million

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - It's thought to be the biggest land transaction ever in Fayette County. Hamburg Pavilion sold for $185.7 million on Tuesday.

According to Fayette County Property Valuation Administrator David O'Neill, Fourth Quarter Properties sold the property to the Starwood Capital Group. The sale includes all stores north of Sir Barton Way and some undeveloped sites. It does not include Target and the parking lot.

The sold land includes all of the stores from Garden Ridge to Ulta, Babies R Us, H.H. Gregg and Regal Cinemas. It also includes the row of Best Buy, Marshall's, Michaels and PetSmart as well as the row of smaller shops anchored by Party City. Barnes & Noble, Pier 1, Logan's Roadhouse and Old Chicago are also included.
