Harlan County man riding coffin around Ky. Capitol

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Two-time gubernatorial candidate Otis "Bullman" Hensley is planning to stage a morbid demonstration in Frankfort on Tuesday to focus attention on the state's still ailing economy.

The Harlan County demolition contractor said he intends to lie in a coffin as it's pulled around the drive that circles the state Capitol to send the message to political leaders that "the economy is killing us."

Such antics aren't out of the norm for Hensley.

He rode a giant Fiberglass bull around the state Capitol during his 2007 gubernatorial bid, saying he wanted to "Get the bull out of Frankfort." He also ran for governor in 2003. He finished last in the Democratic primary both times.
