Our harsh winter rolls on across central and eastern Kentucky. Temps overnight will drop into the single digits for many areas. Some readings may drop toward 0 or a bit below if skies clear. Wind chill numbers will be between 0 and -10.
Tuesday is a cold day with highs around 20.
A winter storm will develop across the deep south over the next few days. This will then track up the east coast and could throw snow back into Kentucky. The best chance of this happening will be across the eastern part of the state. It's still too early to know how much of an impact this storm will have on the state. It all depends on the track.
A couple of clippers could bring light snow back into the region over the coming weekend.
