LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - For the second time this month, a judge delayed a hearing for a Lexington ice cream truck driver, accused of sexually abusing children.
Lewis Street appeared in court on Wednesday morning, but his case was continued because he still doesn't have an attorney. During Wednesday's hearing, the judge appointed a public defender to handle Street's case.
According to his arrest citation, Street admitted having sexual contact with three girls, all under the age of 12. Lexington Police say the children were not his customers. He's due back in court next Wednesday.
