Storms continue to develop across our region. This action will dump additional heavy rains that can cause flash flooding.
Say goodbye to the cold weather, for now, because we are going to see a big time warmup the next several days. That starts today with highs in the upper 70s, partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions. That weather continues for tomorrow as highs jump to the mid 80s with a strong 15-25 mph breeze during the afternoon. We stay dry today and tomorrow, but can't say the same for Thursday. Scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder will be around the region. This will be the best shot at rain the next several days.
Friday and into the weekend we will still have the chance of rain, mainly during the afternoon, but it's not a washout by any means. Highs stay in the upper 70s to lower 80s range before jumping back toward the mid 80s by Sunday or Monday.
Hope you enjoy this warm weather!
