Heavy snow is taking its time moving through the state of Kentucky. This will be a historic once its all said and done with a few spots around a foot of snow.
The steamy conditions continue today and you will absolutely feel it! Highs will be in the upper 80s to low 90s this afternoon. This will only be the 6th day this month that we have been at 90° or above. Something interesting is that we've had just as many days with highs in the 70s as we've had with highs in the 90s. That's pretty remarkable considering July is typically our hottest month.
Tomorrow is when the front pushes showers and storms into the area. This will mainly be during the afternoon/evening. Once the front moves through on Thursday we will see some rain during the morning with nicer weather toward the afternoon. Some really nice weather will be with us Thursday afternoon through Friday with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
Come the weekend we continue to see a wetter trend. Stay tuned because this will more than likely change.
