LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Lexington Human Rights Commission has ruled a company did discriminate against a gay organization for refusing to print t-shirts for the city's pride festival.
As we first reported in March, the gay and lesbian services organization claimed Hands On Originals turned down the t-shirt order because the owner said the company was a christian organization.
The GLSO then reported the incident.
Members of the human rights commission tell us they will now have both sides come together to try to reach a settlement, if that can't happen a public hearing will be held on the matter.
