There's new information in a fire investigation NEWSFIRST has been following for more than a month.
Investigators say they have still not ruled out arson as a the cause of a fire that gutted the Eblen apartment building in Perry County.
The building used to be Hazard High School.
The owner says he still hopes to rebuild instead of tearing down the historic building.
