Expect some patchy fog during the early morning hours. That's the only issue you'll encounter overnight.
A frontal boundary will approach the area on Tuesday. It will begin triggering showers and storms north of Kentucky. As it presses into our area, it will help enhance our chances to see a few more as well. This front will be with us for a few days. As long as it is here we will see rounds of showers and storms.
Where this front parks for the longest period of time is still something I am watching. That could mean the difference between widespread rounds of showers and storms or seeing some scattered storms. Either way we will see showers and storms from this system.
There is a lot of consensus between the models that a more intense wave will ride along this front at the end of the week. Timing and exact position are two factors we are concerned about. Either way... we will have even more widespread activity to deal with at the end of the week.
