J.C. Penney brings back free haircuts for kids

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - J.C. Penney is bringing back free haircuts for kids.

After an overwhelming response to its free kid cuts program last month, the struggling department store chain will make the offer permanent every Sunday, starting November 4.

It's part of J.C. Penney's efforts to re-energize the chain and get people in its stores.
