Judge refuses to lower bond in Casey County murder case

CASEY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- A judge will not lower the bond of two men charged in connection to a murder at a central Kentucky business.

Attorneys for William "Bobby" Rigdon and David Salyers asked for a bond reduction in court Friday, but a Casey County judge said bond will stay at $1 million cash.

Police say the victim, Gleason Pyles, 50, was shot at the Tarter Gate Company last September.

Police charged Rigdon with murder and Salyers with complicity.
