CHICAGO, IL (WKYT) - We're learning more about the night that a Kentucky State University football player was arrested.

The alleged incident happened last Saturday in Chicago.

Senior, starting quarterback, Martez James is accused of inappropriately touching a housekeeper at a Chicago hotel where the football team was staying.

According to a Chicago Police document, James asked the hotel employee for five minutes of her time, but she ignored him.
