Kentucky distillery gets national honor

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A central Kentucky distillery has received quite an honor.

Whisky Advocate Magazine has named Four Roses' 2012 Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon its choice for American Whiskey of the Year.

The bourbon was released last September. It features vanilla and citrus flavors.

Four Roses Distillery, in Anderson County, was also recently named Whiskey Distiller of the Year for the third year in a row by Whisky Magazine.
