Ky. college mourns loss of student

WILMORE, Ky. (WKYT) - A central Kentucky university is mourning the loss of a student after he died while playing with friends at an intramural field.

Officials with the college say 24-year-old Jeff McMillan experienced difficulty breathing, and collapsed on the field.

They say he was transported by ambulance to Saint Joseph in Nicholasville where he died.

The official cause of death has not been released.

A remembrance service in McMillan's honor is scheduled at the college for tomorrow morning at ten.
