Let the warmer trend continue

We start off the work week much like we finished the weekend. We will will mostly cloudy skies, a nice breeze and highs toward the afternoon in the 72°-76° range. Staying dry today, but rain looks to move in the next few days. Come Tuesday and Wednesday we will see highs in the mid to upper 70s with possible rain. The best chance at thunderstorms will be on Wednesday with a couple of strong storms expected. The front will still be far back toward the west in which it will take some time to move through.

Come Thursday our highs will settle in the upper 70s to lower 80s with only a slight chance of rain during the day. The front is poised to move through during the night and into Friday morning in which we are NOT expecting widespread severe weather. The majority of the rain will be felt on Friday with much cooler air filtering in.
