Lextran bus involved in accident

LEXINGTON< Ky. (WKYT)-With several inches of snow on the ground and roads, fender-benders have been common Saturday morning.

One such accident, involving a Lextran bus, happened at the intersection of North Broadway and Louden.

Police on the scene say a pick-up truck was in the left lane, but attempted to turn right and clipped the front of the bus.

There was no damage to the bus and none of the passengers on board were hurt.

Lexington police say they've responded to dozens of non-injury crashes since the snow started falling Friday.
