Lexington Police arrest liquor store burglary suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police arrested a man accused of breaking into a liquor store early Wednesday morning.

It happened around 1:30 at East 3rd Liquor where police say Jacob Blanton broke into the store by climbing through a hole in the wall that was covered up by plywood.

Police say they received an alarm in the store, and arrived to find Blanton still in the store.

Blanton was arrested and charged with burglary.
