Lexington man arrested in Marion County for DUI

MARION COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- A man is arrested after police say he was driving drunk, and caused a crash that injured another man.

Police say the crash happened Friday morning, just north of Springfield on the Bluegrass Parkway.

We're told Adrian Bennett, 22, of Lexington, rear ended a Ford Escort, driven by Melissa Kenney, 42, of Elizabethtown.

Kenney was taken to the hospital.

Bennett was arrested, and charged with DUI.

He was taken to the Marion County Detention Center, where he has since been released.
